Meet the Ski Famille Team

Ski Famille was started in 1990 by two families who were keen to introduce their young children to the mountains they loved, whilst still enjoying their own skiing time and the occasional lengthy lunch. Our mix of well located chalets, in-chalet childcare and attentive staff continues to achieve this aim.

Ski Famille is a privately owned family ski specialist dedicated to providing high quality holidays that enable skiing families to get the most from their time together in the Alps.

Chris Thompson

Managing Director

Skier or Snowboarder: Definitely Skier.

Favourite Ski Resort: Depends a bit on my companions. Les Gets with my family & the 3 Valleys when with faster friends.

Favourite Ski Famille Chalet: Delphine due to design, layout, location and the fact that it's named after my youngest daughter.

Favourite Après Ski Food: Tartiflette.

Favourite Après Ski Drink: A Genepi Mojito; a rare treat when you can find one!

One Thing I Couldnt Live Without: My bike (and my family of course!)

Favourite Baked Good: Pain au Raisin - my routes around the Alps are planned around the bakeries that do the best ones!
