High quality ski childcare

If you are travelling with young children the quality of the ski childcare you choose can determine whether or not your family skiing holiday is a success.

Looking after children has always been central to our holidays, which is why we don't charge separately for it. Our ski childcare is based in the chalet you stay in, rather than in a centralised ski crèche, and your children will usually have the same carers for the duration of the holiday.

Our resort team will be working hard throughout your stay to ensure that your children are professionally looked after and entertained, leaving you free to enjoy exploring two of Europe's largest ski areas.

You won't feel guilty about leaving the children, as whatever their age, they'll be having lots of fun. We make sure it's a holiday for them as much as it is for you.

We try to ensure the children spend as much time outside as possible, however when it's too cold, or they are simply too tired from ski school, we provide stimulating indoor activities in the comfort of our chalets.

The service is there for you to use as little or as much as you like and is tailored to the needs of different age groups. We will also take children to and from ski school, helping to ensure that your holiday is as hassle free as possible.

• It’s included in your holiday cost
• It takes place in the chalet you stay in, not a large impersonal crèche
• The service operates five days a week between 08.30 and 16.30 (09.00 to 17.00 in Reberty Village).
• Carers are a mix of qualified nannies, teachers and nurses supported by experienced assistants. All are recruited by us in the UK
• All carers are CRB and reference checked and hold a first aid qualification
• Ratios follow OFSTED recommendations for day care
