Whilst we don't include flights. the majority of our guests choose to fly to the Alps and take advantage of our inclusive transfers (chalets only). Flight times are between1½ and 2½ hours.

Approximate transfer durations
Transfer durations will, of course, depend on prevailing weather and traffic conditions. In peak periods times may be signifcantly longer.

Our inclusive Les Gets scheduled transfers:

Geneva to Les Gets (departure times from Geneva)
12.30   14.30   16.30   18.00

Your flight will need to land at least one hour before these times to allow time to go through passport control and baggage reclaim.

Les Gets to Geneva (arrival times in Geneva)
08:00   11.00    13.00

Your flight needs to depart at least one and a half hours after these times to allow for check in and security procedures (we strongly advise two hours to be on the safe side, as do most airlines). You will be advised of your departure time when you are in resort. It will vary from week to week dependent on prevailing weather and road conditions.

If these times do not mact with your chosen flights, or you prefer a more personal service, you can choose a private transfer.  Please note private transfers must be booked at least 10 days prior to your holiday.

Important notes:

• We are generally unable to fit child or infant seats in coaches used for scheduled transfers.
• Our inclusive transfers are offered on the basis of at least 3 people travelling together. Please contact us for details of supplements payable for smaller parties.
• In case of delayed flights and missed transfers guests should ensure they have adequate travel insurance. You may need to reclaim any additional costs incurred in making your onward journey.

Our inclusive Reberty scheduled transfers:

We offer one inclusive scheduled from Geneva airport to Reberty Village. A service is also provided from/to Chambery. The bus from Geneva will have a Ski Famille Representative on board. The Geneva transfer is scheduled such that it arrives at the chalets in time for afternoon tea and allows you to pick up ski equipment before your first day on the slopes.

Geneva to Reberty

Departs Geneva at 14:00

If all guests booked on to the transfer are through customs it may leave earlier. Your flight should land no later than 12.45.

Reberty to Geneva

Arrives back at Geneva at 09:30

We recommend that you do not book a flight departing before 11:30 if using this transfer.

Chambery to /from Reberty

New for 2013/14: We will provide a free transfer for all chalet guests travelling to Chambery using the following flight.

• Outbound: Flight No P7244. Departs LGW 12:00 and arrives CMF at 14:45
• Inbound: Flight No P7245, Departs CMF 15:45 and arrives LGW at 16:30
