Overview

Our Reberty properties all sit at 2000m in a pretty little hamlet beside the piste, 200m above the resort of Les Menuires.

This is arguably one of the best locations in the 3 Valleys. Our properties are a very short traffic free walk from the piste, ski school and nearest lift. They also have breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and offer all of Ski Famille’s usual home from home comforts.

Recent press coverage: Revels in Reberty - Snow Magazine 2012/13

In the words of the 2013 Where to Ski and Snowboard Guide, “...the Three Valleys cannot be beaten for sheer quantity of lift-served terrain.”

The area has a deserved reputation as one of the world’s foremost linked ski areas and our Reberty chalets are just one quick lift below France’s highest resort, Val Thorens. Ski in the other direction and you quickly access Meribel and Courchevel.

Whether you are an absolute beginner looking to develop your skills on wide gentle runs or an expert keen to explore the steep and deep off piste of La Masse, you couldn’t be better placed. You can cover huge mileages taking in numerous resorts while rarely skiing on the same slope more than once.

Skiing in an area dominated by modern resorts doesn’t mean you have to compromise on atmosphere. The Ferme de Reberty, a few seconds walk from our chalets is a popular spot to eat, drink and soak up the sun. Alternatively take a long blue run down into the picturesque village of St Martin and enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Savoie farming town.

Resort Information

Les Menuires itself, whilst not the most attractive resort in France, is packed with family friendly facilities including an indoor sports centre with a large pool and spa facilities. There are family orientated events going on throughout the season and shuttle buses run from Reberty 2000, the slopeside location of all of our properties, to the centre of Les Menuires every 20 minutes.

Reberty 2000 has two restaurants (including the excellent Ferme de Reberty), a ski hire shop, a supermarket and a ski school office. Essentially everything you need for a hassle free family skiing holiday.

We believe that Reberty 2000 is one of the best bases for family skiing in the 3 Valleys.

We aim to make arranging your family ski holiday as simple as possible; a big part of that is helping you make the right choices with all of the extra options that are available.

We have some great partners in Reberty 2000 and are able to offer superb service and value. We encourage you to book ski school, lift passes and equipment through us as we have a good relationship with suppliers that means we can help out if there are any issues while you are on holiday.

Childcare

Ski Famille Childcare in our Reberty 2000 Chalets

Childcare in our Reberty 2000 chalets takes place in the chalet you are staying in and is available for children aged 3 months to 12 years old, 5 days a week between 09:00 to 17:00.

Our childcarers come to your chalet early in the morning to help with the morning routines and getting the older children ready for ski school.  We look after your children all day, taking them to and from ski school, providing lunch (optional) in the chalet, and generally having fun. All of our chalets have a dedicated playroom, so you can be sure that children are in a safe well equipped environment fully suited to their needs.

The service is there for you to use as little or as much as you'd like, so if you'd like to take your children out and about during the day, you can always arrange it with the Childcare Team.

There are planned activities throughout the day, depending on the ages of the children and, of course, the weather, but you'll get a run down of everything your children have done at the end of each day. These activities aren't written in stone and we always welcome input from children and parents.

We try to ensure the children spend as much time outside as possible, however when it's too cold, or they're simply too tired from ski school, we provide stimulating games inside. Some make use of our supplies of arts and crafts materials, all make full use of imaginations.

TVs and DVDs are used sparingly but are available when children need some quiet time or are exhausted after a busy morning on the slopes.

Board games, puzzles, soft toys and hard toys (cars/trains etc) are available in all chalets and we have a vast selection of books, up to date children's DVDs and a wide variety of CDs.

Key Ski Famille ski childcare Information

  • All carers are CRB and reference checked and hold a first aid qualification

Childcare at our Reberty 2000 Hotels & Apartments

Eating Out
La Bouitte, St Martin de Belleville - +33 (0) 4 79 08 96 77

With a Michelin star it is a given that this is not in the “cheap and cheerful” mountain food category. Stunning food and a great venue for a special treat … or an indulgent bolt hole if the weather closes in!

Le Farçon, La Tania - +33 479 088 034

Another holder of a Michelin star in an unassuming building beside the piste in La Tania. Good value set menu options (given the star!).

Le Rond Point, Meribel - +33 (0) 4 79 00 37 51

A superb place to meet up and enjoy some comfort food. Prices are a little steep for some things and it does get booked up.

La Voute, St Martin de Belleville - +33 (0) 4 79 08 91 48

Right in the centre of pretty St Martin and with great value filling food. The “Plat du Jour” is often a good option to go for.

La Ferme de Reberty, Les Menuires - +33 (0)4 79 00 77 01

Footsteps away from our three Reberty chalets La Ferme is hard to beat whether soaking up rays on the terrace or sheltering from the elements inside. Good value fixed-price menus.

Le Bel Air, Courchevel 1650 - +33 (0)4 79 08 00 93

A popular spot with a lovely terrace. Simple, tasty, good value food far removed from the excesses of some 1850 eateries. Reservations essential.
