Ski area & piste map
Les Gets is not just about the village and the views. The variety and quality of the skiing is one of the reasons why families go back year after year.
The ease with which beginners and intermediate skiers can access gentle scenic slopes from our eight chalets makes the resort especially appealing to families. There is also plenty of more challenging terrain for more experienced members of the family.
Once you start exploring you’ll find plenty of charming mountain restaurants where you can stop for everything from a restorative hot chocolate to a hearty homemade tartiflette. Many are old mountain huts originally used by farmers and most are still run by local families.
The local Les Gets ski area contains more than enough skiing for skiers of all standards, but if you want to roam far and wide, you’ve picked the right resort. Les Gets is part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski area - claimed to be the largest linked area in the world. There are 14 resorts in France and Switzerland, all joined by a network of lifts. You can ski to Switzerland for lunch, and back to France in time for tea!
