Ski Chalet Hosts, Chefs & Childcare Jobs

Ski Famille is a pioneer of family specific ski holidays and is celebrating its 25th year of operation. The company is regularly cited by the press as a leading family specialist.

Privately owned and managed by a small highly motivated team, the UK head office is in Fleet (Hampshire) and the main overseas base is Les Gets, France. We also have chalets in Reberty 2000, Les Bruyeres (both 3 Valleys) and La Plagne.

Each year we look for confident, creative and charismatic people to join our resort team. Our success is driven by you: our managers, chefs, chalet hosts, drivers and childcare staff.

Perhaps you are a graduate seeking your next adventure, or a professional child carer craving a new challenge. We welcome all walks of life, those wishing to work hard and gain a fantastic life experience!

Why work for us?

Socially, there is no better land of opportunity than a ski resort. However, we put the job and our guests first. Working for Ski Famille is not easy but is hugely rewarding.

When we conducted an anonymous survey of our resort team and asked them whether they would want to work for us again and whether they would recommend Ski Famille as an employer to their friends 80%+ were keen to work with us again and 97% said they would recommend us as an employer to friends.
