Ski Vertigo is the new Ski Company brought to you by Ski Famille. Ski Vertigo features amazing chalets in Val Thorens and Reberty 2000 in the three valleys, as well as in La Plagne Tignes and Val d’Isère – all with great access to the slopes. Guests can expect the same high quality chalets and our fantastic cuisine and wine, the same as Ski Famille – just without the childcare! So, if you’re a Ski Famille guest but now have older children, or just want to ski with friends, then we have the perfect ski holiday waiting for you.
New for 2026, we have partnered with Snosip to bring new, pocket sized Monty Bottles for your little one to enjoy whilst they’re skiing! These non-spill, BPA free water bottles, fit right into your little ones hand to ensure they stay hydrated on the mountain. No need to take their gloves off, so they’ll stay toasty warm for the whole lesson.
Fresh Tracks, run by Steve and Becky, delivers practical training for aspiring chalet hosts preparing for their first ski season. They offer one-week residential courses in North Cornwall as well as flexible online courses, covering everything needed to feel confident and work-ready.
Their online training includes courses in cooking, cleaning and hosting, plus the opportunity to gain your Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate – an essential requirement for ski season roles.
The Orchards Cookery School is a renowned family-run cookery school based in Warwickshire, specialising in training students in classic and contemporary culinary skills. It is particularly well known for its intensive residential courses, which are popular among aspiring chalet chefs and hosts.
Freckles Childcare provides professional nanny training for aspiring nannies. Whether you’re transferring from a nursery, school or informal background their intensive one week course equips you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to work as a nanny. The course is certified and accredited with CPD and as a result all Freckles nannies are guaranteed a first round interview.
