Skiplex Limited launched its first revolving indoor ski slope at Dukes Meadows Golf & Tennis Club, Chiswick in October 2011. In December 2012, we opened our second centre in Woodley, Reading and in July 2013 we opened our third centre in Basingstoke Leisure Park.
Our revolving, fully adjustable slopes replicate a real piste and are covered with a specifically designed surface material for synthetic ski slopes. It supports you in your development allowing the fastest and most economical way to learn, train and gain – suitable for all ages and abilities from absolute beginners, right up to expert seasonnaires, and because it’s indoor skiing, you can ski whatever the weather.
We are the only facility where you can analyse your posture in real-time, and with a maximum customer: instructor ratio of 3:1, the speed of progression can be surprisingly fast.
Due to the nature of our slopes, we have the ability to change the speed of the carpet and we can alter how steep the slope is.
At the front of the slope we have a support bar, which is really useful for helping with your balance when clipping into your skis or snowboard at the start of you
