A great ski holiday starts with confident, happy children, and that’s where our dedicated ski schools come in. Ski Famille offers two outstanding programmes depending on whether you choose to stay in a Chalet or our Chalet Hotel: Mountain Marmots and Monty’s Ski Club.
Mountain Marmots is our unique ski school children staying in our chalets, typically aged 3 to 12. The children will go with the childcare team to meet their ESF instructors at the local meeting point and head off into their group morning lessons. At the end of the week they will be awarded their badge based on their ability.
Monty’s Ski Club is located at our Chalet Hotel and is exclusive for Ski Famille guests. The groups are for a maximum of 8 children and the youngest guests will ski on the nursery slope just outside the front of the chalet hotel.
Both programmes are led by experienced, English-speaking instructors who understand how children learn best on the slopes. The result? Kids who can’t wait to ski each day – and parents who can enjoy their own skiing knowing their children are in safe hands.
One of the biggest challenges of family ski holidays is juggling ski times, childcare and meals. Ski Famille’s wrap-around care solves this completely.

After a day on the slopes, there’s nothing better than returning to a warm, welcoming chalet. Ski Famille’s catered ski chalets and chalet hotels are designed specifically with families in mind.
Our chalets have been purpose built for Ski Famille families and many feature spacious family suites or interconnecting rooms. The meal times have been separated for children to eat high tea earlier than the Adult meal service after the children have gone to bed.
Our catered service removes the hassle of shopping, cooking and washing up, allowing you to truly unwind. Children enjoy meals they love, while parents can look forward to hearty alpine dishes and carefully selected wines.
To make your ski holiday as smooth as possible, Ski Famille packages include return flights and airport transfers. This means no complicated logistics, no hidden extras and no stressful travel days.
From the moment you depart the UK, everything is organised for you. Transfers are family-friendly and timed to work with children, ensuring a comfortable journey to resort and a relaxed start to your holiday.

Tignes: Renowned for its high altitude and long season, Tignes is ideal for families who want snow certainty. Purpose-built and family-friendly, it offers fantastic ski schools, gentle nursery slopes and exciting terrain as confidence grows.
La Plagn: With a huge variety of pistes and excellent beginner areas, La Plagne is perfect for mixed-ability families. Its high altitude ensures great snow, while its villages provide a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for family ski holidays.
One of the biggest advantages of booking with Ski Famille is the ability to add everything you need in one place. No juggling multiple suppliers or worrying about missed bookings.
Pre-book your lift passes before you travel and they will be delivered to your chalet on the day you arrive. To make your arrival day even smoother, add your equipment hire to your booking, and you will be taken to the ski shop by your chalet hosts, upon your arrival.
