The senior operations team at Ski Famille all come from a background of seasonal work in ski resorts, including the MD Chris Thompson … although he prefers not to discuss how long ago this may have been!
The result is that the company has a strong focus on the experiences of the team working in the mountains. There is a firm belief that if the staff are well looked after and having fun they will look after the guests and ensure they also get the most from their time in the Alps.
At the end of last winter Ski Famille surveyed all of the staff that worked for them in Les Gets, La Plagne and Les Menuires. The results were great and the Head of Operations, Kirsty McDougall, is already working on ensuring even better results next year.
100% of the survey respondents said that they would recommend Ski Famille as an employer to friends.
